Myleka Booze

Junior Varsity Head Coach

Myleka was a high school scholar athlete in Volleyball and Track & Field where she put her explosiveness to use. She enrolled at the Community College of Baltimore County where she became a 2-sport sensation in Volleyball and Lacrosse. During her lacrosse career there, she was named All-Region, All-Maryland JUCO, captain and MVP for both seasons of 2013-14.

From CCBC Myleka transferred to Missouri Valley College, where her success continued. Myleka was a redshirt her first year due to the new program being under constriction. In her junior year, she led her team to a 6-1 record while leading in goals, shots, ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers. Myleka was named Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference First Team All-Conference 2016. Her senior year, as the team captain, she displayed the same determination, leading the team in shots, draw controls, ground balls and even placing 4th in the conference for caused turnovers. She was named KCAC First Team All-Conference 2017 for the second year in a row.

Myleka graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She stayed behind at her alma mater as a graduate assistant in athletic retention, while serving as a volunteer assistant coach to the lady vikings. She helped lead the team to a 6-1 conference record.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in cardiac rehabilitation.
